How to troubleshoot Windows Search
Windows Index Search is enabled by default, but in case the service is disable perform the following steps:
Starting the Service:
1. Go to Control Panel -> System and Security ->Administrative Tools -> Services
2. Find Windows Search
3. Start the Service
Include Folder in Windows Search
1. Control Panel Indexing Options
2. Press Modify button
3. The new Dialog appears,
4. From the "Change selected location" list, expand drive, and check the folder you want to include
5. Press Ok Button
6. Rebuild Index
